Vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and scheduling

Ongoing updates and communication with all vendors

Assistance with invitations and tracking of all RSVP's

Ceremony planning, processional and recessional

Final walkthrough of venue 1 month prior

Schedule, plan, and coordinate all rehearsal, wedding, and reception details

Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

Create the final venue layout and floor plan for all rental items and vendor

Vendor management and verification 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding

Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, decorations
